Information for Tenants
Properties are well maintained and rents are competitive. We do not discriminate against housing benefit claimants or students; the usual references and deposit are required. We work on a friendly, first names basis.

Information for Landlords
Our arrangements with owners are flexible and individual. We will find you a tenant, collect the rent and pay it to your bank account. If the property needs repairs we can attend to that too. We are happy to provide a full management service with all maintenance included - important for our overseas owners.
