If you have a property that you
would like to rent out, but don't really know how to go about the whole matter -

viability for letting. An important aspect of the letting market is the
fluctuation of prices during the year. Once a tenancy is established, the rent
will be paid at the agreed level for as long as the tenancy runs which can be as
little as six months.
MBM-HomeLets charges only a
straight 12% of the rental income achieved. We do not
charge for production of leases, inventory or finding
tenants. Look around and you will find most agencies charge half the first
month's rental as well as a few ad hoc charges!
What do we do for our 12%? As
well as finding you a suitable tenant (which means obtaining and taking up
references) and signing the lease, we notify utilities (gas and electricity
suppliers) with meter readings, notify the Council Tax office, take an
inventory, inspect the property regularly, arrange repairs if necessary - and
finally, and perhaps most importantly, pay you the rent each month.
